Welcome to KNS Signs & Graphics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.knssigns.com and any related services, products, or content provided by us.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services Offered

KNS Signs provides custom signage, printing, design, vehicle graphics, lighting, awnings, banners, decals, and installation services throughout New York, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability of materials, and client approval of design proofs. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the nature of the project. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, Zelle, cash, or approved business checks.

Failure to make payment in full may result in order delay, cancellation, or additional fees. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

3. Order Approval & Production

Design proofs must be approved in writing before production begins. Once production starts, changes cannot be made. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on materials, weather, or workload.

Custom products are made to order and may not be returned or refunded once approved unless damaged or defective.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation services are available within designated areas. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions or third-party delays.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible, safe, and meets any required permits or approvals.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be canceled prior to production; however, any incurred costs (materials, design time, etc.) may be non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products except in cases of manufacturer defect or production error. Any defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery or installation.

6. Warranty

We provide a limited 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials for most signs and installations. This does not cover damage from weather, vandalism, misuse, or improper maintenance.

Any warranty claim must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, graphics, photos, text, and designs) is the property of KNS Signs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Customers may not copy, resell, reproduce, or modify any material without written permission. If you submit artwork or content for your project, you affirm you have the right to use it.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site:

• For unlawful purposes or in violation of any local, state, or federal law.

• To submit false or misleading information.

• To upload malicious software or interfere with the Site's operation.

• To spam, harass, or infringe on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user violating these terms.

9. Third‑Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites and do not endorse them.

10. Limitation of Liability

KNS Signs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KNS Signs harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or any content you provide.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Kings County, NY, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
